California Transparency In Supply

California Transparency In Supply Chains Act

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 requires many companies manufacturing or selling products in California to disclose their efforts to address the issues of slavery and human trafficking, thus allowing consumers to make more informed choices about the products they buy.

When it comes to our supply chain, we aim to lead with excellence, integrity, and strong values in every aspect of our business. We’re committed to creating a brand that empowers people and ensure our business partners are held to the highest standards of conduct through lawful, ethical, and fair business practices.

The Marble Sleep Company readily enforces the policies below to ensure our business partners are held to the highest standards of accountability and oversight in line with lawful and ethical conduct as well as fair business practices. Our goal is to ensure fair international labor and human rights throughout our supply chain.

Transparency

Marble expects our suppliers to be open and honest with us about their business. Everyone that chooses to sleep with our products should know how Marble is seeking to improve the lives of those that made it.

Code of conduct

As part of every purchasing agreement, we require each of our suppliers to pledge to a code of conduct that adheres to the highest ethical and legal employment standards. This means we visit our supplier’s facilities to ensure compliance and our suppliers are subject to inspections – announced or unannounced.

Compliance

Marble employees are required to comply with all applicable laws and an internal Company Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to terminate any employee or supplier that violates ethical and legal standards including any laws on human trafficking and slavery.
