The Marble Sleep Company understands that there will always be ways to improve our internal processes that give more independence to individuals. Some of the steps that we have taken to ensure a more inclusive business are listed below. These steps are not an exhaustive list and we will update this list periodically.

 

  • We hold our partners and our employees to the highest code of conduct. That the Marble Sleep Company does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status in any of our activities or operations.

 

  • We will go a step further in ensuring that all of our products are delivered, assembled and ready for your enjoyment if you are an individual suffering from a medical disability without additional fees or costs to you.

 

  • We will readily enforce these policies and reserve the right to terminate any employee or supplier that violates ethical and legal standards including any laws or constitutions that forbid discrimination in any way.

 

  • In the rare and unfortunate event that any of our employees or partners representing us has displayed discrimination of any form. We will take your complaint seriously and open an immediate investigation in order to make good your experience with us and ensure such lapses do not occur again.
